Custom transition with premade video paths

The transition zooms out from the pink box and into the blue box.

Is it possible to create something like a premade video path? So you can add in the transition from essential graphics and have it work with minimal tweking?

Or maybe an entirely different to get a similar result.

It could be as trivial as creating a camera animation and adding footage replacement controls to the EG panel. The problem likely is, though, that the footage will get warped and cropped in weird ways if it doesn't fit the boxes exactly plus since this would have to be an oversize asset it may be slow to use in Premiere and may also get treated in unpredictable ways. with that in mind it is probably simpler to create this as a standard setup based on pre-compositions and the aforementioned camera motion or animating the pre-comp position and scaling.
