DeepGlow plugin doesnt render but shows in Preview

When i render it only renders without deepglow. AE 2023 PC:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020)

Apple M1

16 GB Memory

Macintosh HD Startup

Rendering: tried Software + Gpu

Agree with Rob. Looks like a licensing issue. Other than that I'd try to turn off multiframe rendering and see if that makes a difference.

I do see the register button in the Effect Controls panel. You may have to register the plug in for it to work.

too, The last thing i sort of altered was the plugin file in the folder, not sure what to do but i have a feeling i should maybe uninstal and reinstall? should i try that?
