Dependencies -> Collect Files isn't working.

I need to share my After EFfects project files with my client, I'm collecting the files in the recommended way by using Dependencies - Collect Files, but when I open the project file there are loads of warning messages and none of the links are working.

I've just noticed the files aren't being collected properly, the file size for all the footage is 0kb.

I still can't find a solution for this. Why isn't AE collecting the files? Any ideas at all?

Sorry for your issue.

This is a known issue in the After Effects version 22.5. The good news is that this issue has been fixed in 22.6. The 22.6 version has been released but it's a faced rollout so you might see the update by the end of this week. If your work is time sensitive and can't wait for the update to show on your end, you can install the beta version of After Effects just to collect projects.
