Hola, actualicé AE y empecé a tener algunos percances, llegó hasta el 37% de instalación por más de un día, al intentar trabajar con el programa no me permite aplicar el Canal Alfa al texto, desaparece, o si intento ponerlo desde la barra inferior en Mate seguimiento no aparecen las opciones, muchas gracias espero sus comentarios, buen día.
I'm not really clear what you are trying to describe, but why is there a Set Matte effect when at the same time you are trying to assign a matte using the new system? This makes no sense, be it just for the technicalities of rendering order. You need to make up your mind about which one you want to use and the structure your work accordingly. Otherwise you will forever run into these problems. It also seems you are using some large moving layer and that may need to be pre-compose to get correct matte behavior in the parent comp.
Thanks for reporting these issues. While I unfortunately can't offer any help with the long installation, the Track Matte screenshot you posted shows the new Track Mattes that have been updated in After Effects 2023. You can now use any layer in your Composition to matte any other layer, rather than only the layer above.
