Different color in export apple prores 4444 with same elements and project

In After Effect (24.0.2 build 3) How is it possible that I have the same project, same color, but when I export in Apple ProRes 4444 (same settings with alpha) the red of the two elements is different when I import the two exported into Premiere (both during editing and export), is it a problem or something that I leave out, or is it a bug?

I have conducted some tests, in practice if a composition is in HD the color of the elements remains faithful after export, but if the composition has a different format from the standard, e.g. 380 x 450 px, the elements having the same red tone will be different when exported from that in HD. I believe this is the problem, even if I consider it an anomaly.

WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?
