Display Panel Freezing on Preview

Hi guys,

I have recently fell into the problem on After Effects which my panel seems to be freezing whenever I go to view/play the video. 

It will show a very short green line and then replay the short rendered section although will not render the full video.

I have completed all updates, restart software & computer, I have went into the memory & ram preferences on the software and increased this and nothing seems to be working. 

I have attached a video and screenshot for a better understanding.
