Display turn in to black when I previewing a work in after effects (When frame changes)

Hi team,

Hope you all doing well and staying safe,

I have a issue recently, while i'm working on a file when i start previwing whole display turn in to black  (When frame changes). It happened multiple times, I checked and cleared all purges but still i have this issue. 

Windows 10

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

Hope i can find a solution.

Thanks for reaching out.

It could be related to the GPU. Which GPU do you have? Please make sure that its driver is updated to the latest.

If that doesn't help, are you on a dual monitor setup? How the monitor/monitors are connected to the computer? Also, is it the complete display that turns black or just the After Effects Composition panel?
