Hello, and good day! I've actually been editing in After Effects (2020) for a month now, but I still need to confirm something.

I've been using After Effects 2020 in my 1680x1050 monitor, but I need a simple answer to my simple question. Does my monitor resolution affect the quality of my videos and my video outputs? Or does it only change how my computer's screen and image will perform?

So to put everything simply, does my 1680x1050 monitor size / resolution affect my videos and video outputs' quality, or only how my screen will run and look?

Thank you!

Long and short: No, it doesn't affect your output. The program-internal math does not care for this, only the display pipeline does. Mylenium
