Dragging Composition in Timeline is not smooth, it teleports to my cursor!

I had just update my AE to 2023 and this happened, whenever I try to drag comps in the timeline it keeps on snapping to my wherever my cursor is, even tho I hold the Shift key it won't snap to any other else except my cursor. This is really annoying when you are doing when positioning keyframes. Are there any workaround for this? I already tried resetting my preference so many times. Please help!

The usual steps apply: Check your hardware acceleration settings, update the graphics driver, check the mouse settings. Anything more will require specific details about your system. Judging from the ultra wide screen you likely run out of juice somewhere.

Here are my specs tho.
Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900K 3.19 GHz
Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Video Card: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 12GB

So I don't think that I ran out of juice.

I checked my Armoury Crate since I am using Asus gaming system, all of it's softwares are updated including my graphics driver.
