Effect presets are missing (after effects 2024)

I have applied an effect to my text but the panel where I can change opacity, the start ect is not showing. Can someone tell me what's wrong please?Schermafbeelding 2024-08-10 om 15.43.10.png

I think you need to go to  window > Effect
