I currently have a Motion Graphics Template that consists of a few effects: wave and shake are the main ones I am having issues with. For the first 2 frames, each runs at it's expected speed, but once it passes those 2 frames, both effects slow down. I left an example of what it looks like in after effects vs premiere pro. The one with the blacl background is premiere, and the one with the checkerboard is after effects. It also seems that when it comes into frame, the first 2 frames are really fast. The one wit hthe text "speed" is the one that shows how it starts fast in the beginning. (all of the videos attatched used the same mogrt)
This also seems to happen with the shake effect. If videos of the shake effect help better understand what the issue is I'll be glad to add them below.

I was able to indentify the issue - but I don't know how to fix it.
Due to me having a protected region (so that the in animation is constant) the protected region is the only place where the effects play at their regular speed. After I drag the clip so that it is longer than the protected region, it starts to stretch the effect. Is there any way to make the effects constant throughout a mogrt? (not effected by stretching)

Have been using the stretched feature for the past few weeks. Would be interested in finding a resolution for this issue.

I think you create a responsive design time on after effects, or you use some time remapping keyframe, if so try to remove that on AE and extend the composition time as you want. another way it may help by animate the effects using expression without keyframe

I'm currently using the expressions without key frames, but I will be trying this tonight. Thank you!

Showing us cropped screenshots or uploading videos that don't show us what you did to the layers that are giving you problems does not help us help you. We need to have you explain the workflow and the expressions you are using to generate this MOGRT. Without that information, any solution offered is not much more than a guess. My guess is that the expressions you are using have problems, but I don't know how you have set them up so there is no way to pinpoint the problem. They probably have something to do with a reference to time somewhere in the expression.

As of now, all of the expressions are only to enable / disable / change the value of the effect. I know the issue, but don't know a solution. The issue is that when I stretch it in premiere, the unprotected regions are stretched and slow down. Where as the protected region is uneffected. I guess I'm trying to see if it can produce a longer clip with the same graphics instead of stretching the current one.

The protected regions protect the animation in that region. There currently is no stretch and maintain playback speed. If we saw your timeline and understood your workflow maybe we could help.

Here's an image of what I'm working with. https://prnt.sc/13o743j it is 1.19s long. Issue is, when I stretch it in premiere, it is now longer than that, and stretches the animation (making it slower). I've tried protecting the entire region, but then you can't extend it past its length.
