Hi everyone,
I would like to know if Element 3D is still relevant with the lastest After Effects update?
Can we do the same with 3D without it?
Thank you!

Depending on what you want to do maybe.
Some of the features of plug-ins like element3D can be achieved using the native AE advanced 3D support but not most of them.
If you were only using Element 3D to import and animate 3D models that can be done natively now.
But E3D has other functions like the way it acts as a 3D model particle animator that are not something the native advanced 3D can replicate.

Thanks a lot for your answer, I'm going to buy it because I'll need other features.

Element 3D is a much more capable plugin, and it is very affordable. One animation for a client at the industry standard rates would pay for the plugin unless you can complete the project in less than 2 hours of billable time. Advanced 3D has a minimal set of controls and options. It is suitable only for very simple 3D object placement in a Comp and gives you very little control over lighting.
