What's more is when I deleted and tried again, it seems the anchor point or something like that is off-center so it covers outside of the circle I drew.
Please find attached screen recordings to see what I mean. Not sure why this is happening. Thank you
it's the same issue you have posted before, you should remove the transform effects from the adjustment layer, try to scale the layer them self instate of using transform effects, I reply to you here also https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/why-is-my-mask-not-inside-the-points-i-drew/td-p/121923...
