Hey there, I'm running a day-old machine with a 3080Ti and getting this "Encountered a failure related to GPU-enabled effects..." the moment I scrub the timeline. All system and graphics drivers are up to date but I'm fearing now this is a AE related incompatibility issue due to the recent release of the card. Can anyone suggest a fix or shine a light how I can get this resolved?
Many Thanks!

No easy answers here. Yes, your card is potentially too fresh and Ti cards in the past generally have been problematic due to their asymmetric memory and shader pipelines, which collide with "dumb" functions in some acceleration structures like the "power of two" texture and memory math in OpenGL. Short of drilling into the advanced settings of your NVidia panel there is really not much one can say. Typically restricting memory settings or enforcing older versions of OpenGL/ OpenCL/ CUDA may help, but of course scour the NVidia web site first. Perhaps there is an uncertified Beta driver that already fixes things.

Thanks for the speedy reply Mylenium, and it's kinda what I expected. Had a gander around the Nvidia forums but there only seems to be 2 driver releases for this card as of yet. So I guess I'll be twiddling thumbs and working on my laptop until there's something announced from either Nvidia or Adobe in the meantime.
Cheers
