If you're learning, I always reccomend staying away from stock template websites.  The projects are generally locked down through hidden layers and expressions.  These website projects are pretty much designed for a marketing professional who needs a quick result where they just need to drop a logo in place.  If that description matches what you're after, then you should check them out OR take a look at Adobe Stock first.  They also have AE templates and I think you get a month free and already have your details.

BUT

If you're not a marketing professional and looking to learn, both Envato and Adobe Stock can be great sources of inspiration, just from the previews.  If you spot something you like, then spend time recreating it (including searching for tutorials) you'll pick up new skills and techniques and most importantly, by the end you'll know how to change / adapt the thing you'd copied to suit your own needs.
