Without any system info and details like exact render settings, the contents of the project and so on we can't realyl tell you much. the question already kind of contains the answer, though - check your hardware acceleration settings in AE and AME, update your systems graphics driver if necessary and possible or if all fails simply turn off GPU acceleration functions and render with CPU only.

Hi cesar2727853171a2,

Sorry for the export issue. Please share the following details.

  1. Your computer specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version).
  2. What's the exact version of After Effects you're using?
  3. Does it happen with multiple projects?
  4. Which effects and third-party plug-ins are used in the project?

We're here to help, just need more info.

Thanks,

Nishu
