Error de After Effect 23.6, no genera nuevo Cache

He probado purgar el Cache, moverlo a otra carpeta, actualizar mis drivers, instalando versiones anteriores de After y nada funciona.

Hi ArsLibrePost,

Welcome to the community and sorry for your issue.

Are there any third-party plug-ins installed? Can you try running After Effects in a Safe Mode and test it on a new project?

Let us know if it brings any change.

Note: Moving this thread from Bugs to Discussions for troubleshooting.

Thanks,

Nishu

Thanks for giving it a try. Could you share a screen recording that shows the problem? Also, try running After Effects as administrator (right-click the After Effects icon and select Run as administrator).

I've already moved your thread.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Nishu

Thanks for sharing the screen recording. What's the version of the GPU driver installed on your computer? If it's not updated, please install the latest version of the Studio driver (not Game Ready).

Let us know the outcome.

Thanks,
Nishu

Thanks for letting us know. Please try the following:

  1. Go to After Effects Preferences > Display > disable Hardware Accelerated Composition, Layer, and Footage Panels.
  2. Go to File > Project Settings > change the renderer to Mercury Software Only.

If that doesn't bring change, try creating a new user account on your computer and try to run After Effects in it.

Let us know if it brings any change.

Thanks,

Nishu
