Error Missing Data in File (Just updated to 2022 After Effects)

I recently updated my Media Encoder 2021 to 2022. And I got After Effects 2022, but I also kept my 2021 version. Now none of my compositions will work. What do I do? Also, my dynamic link won't work anymore.

 

WINDOWS 10 user.
