Hi,
whenever I buy an AE Template, I can't fully open it. There are three errors that always occure. This effects all picture assets like JPG's in the project. These templates look like they would offline, but thery're definitely not. I can't use the templates, which is very annoying. AE Version is 18.2.0 (Build 37) and I'm on a mac. Can somebody please help me with this? Thanks a lot.
