error when saving file

when I save the file and try to open, day that the folder i saved the file does not exist, and does not open the file.

It'll be hard for us to offer much help without more info. 

Where are you saving the file? What version of After Effects are you using? If this happening to all projects? Were you previously able to save, but suddenly aren't? Have you ever successfully saved an AE project? 

Can you walk us through EXACTLY what you're doing, or better yet, do a screen recording? I feel like this is likely some kind of misunderstanding on your part.
