New Here ,
Apr 27, 2023 Apr 27, 2023

Drop down menus within essential graphics created on macOS are not working on Windows.

Drop down options are correctly displayed also selectable but are not applied when chosen.

Are there any workarounds or suggestions?

We are using Adobe After Effects v 23.3 to create templates. We import those as .mogrt into Adobe Premiere Pro v 23.3 for further application.

Update:

We have investigated this problem with interesting results. The problem is the german language. [I didn't mention that we are working with the german language setting since I didn't think it would matter.]

The issue is caused by the word "Menü". Especially the "ü" [U-umlaut]. For some reason, when opening a .mogrt saved on Mac with Windows the "ü" is being transformed into a "ÿ" which causes an error for each time the word "Menü" is being used originally.

The workaround was to open the .aep on a Windows machine and manually overwrite each word..
