Essential graphics panel bug

For some reason my essential graphics panel does not show all of the properties that I put there. I can't re-add the properties since it tells me they are already there, however I can't delete/unlink them from essential graphics because they are not showing. Not sure what to do here; I have tried restarting, rolling back AE, clearing the cache, etc…
