Exporting AE project to Premiere Pro, makes the A1 V1 tracks turned off

So I came across this bug/ feature, and I would like to ask for help.

I am editing files in bulk with a script, and after that I would like to fine tune them in premiere , but after exporting a premiere pro project file in After effects, opening the file in PP the V1 and A1 tracks are turned off.

I have tried a fresh file , without the script, so this is not the scripts doing.
Is there a way to turn this off ?
