Exporting video_After Effects

I used the typewriter effect in making the video. Inside After Effects it looks good but when exported to mp4 it seems like the letters are twitching on some parts. The overall video doesn’t look uniformly.
Im asking for advice on how to save it to look like it looks inside the program, without jerks/twitches so that I can achieve a smooth transition?

Impossible to know without exact info about your composition settings, render settings, system info, how it's keyframed and ultimately of course soem screenshots of the alleged "twitches". Simply sounds like you have messed up the framerates because you haven't taken the time to read the online help and understand what the different settings do. Many things in AE simply cannot be understood intuitively and just using defaults everyhwere sure can cause issues when you mix them up...
