Extensions tab not opening AE V 23.2.1 (build3) - MacbookPro VenturaOS

When i go under windows and hover my cursor over extensions, nothing happens. The button will turn blue, but no list will appear. Im trying to use the bodymovin extension to export as lottie.

Did you install your extensions using the developer's instructions or installers? Nothing shows up unless the tools have been properly installed.
