Extreme lag in 23.1.0 when showing properties with keyframes via keyboard shortcut

Hi everyone

I recently updated to 23.1.0, and ever since the update, opening up properties with keyframes via keyboard shortcuts ('U', 'T', 'P', 'A', etc) completely locks up After Effects for a few seconds. The properties open immediately as expected, but pressing the shortcut again to close them will cause a freeze where the entire program goes non-responsive. Sometimes, but not always, it even prompts Windows to close After Effects.

Is this happening for anyone else? Does anyone have a fix? It is very hard to work like this, and downgrading back to CC21 would not be ideal as work that I've done in 23 won't be able to open there.

More info: This happens on multiple project files, and even in brand new compositions with just one layer. Windows 10.

More info: Interestingly, pressing a shortcut to open the properties once, then ctrl+a to select everything, then clicking the > to collapse everything does not freeze. Only when closing via the shortcut does it happen
