Fans sound like a jet engine in AE

Anytime I have AE open, it causes my fans to roar. I owned a 4 year Corsair One that didn't cause my fans to roar. I upgraded and built a new PC and for some reason the fan performance is loaded with my upgraded PC than with my older system

What can I do to help with the fan noise? Any tips?

You open and check Task Manager app when you launch After Effects. I guess you can find the heavy load task which makes your fan roar.
