Hi,

when I build a simple animation, like following a path, what would be the best file type to store that file for a mobile app (to include it in iOS or Android with react-native)?

thank you

Video is not interactive, AE is designed to create video. Any 3rd party addon's that convert AE animations for use in web-based apps are severely limited and you must design around the limitations. If you are creating animations for mobile devices the best option is to use Adobe Animate. That's what it is designed to do.

When working with react native development services from our team at Appirio234 , we often recommend setting up your project for maximum performance and flexibility by defaulting to webpack as your build tool of choice. This means that all of the code in your apps will be transpiled into JavaScript so that it can run quickly across browsers without penalty. Webpack also includes Babel so that developers can easily convert their codes into different languages as needed (such as TypeScript).

Additionally, we highly recommend installing Sensjs from NPM because this library provides optimized mobile tracking capabilities for React Native applications.
