I've made my first couple of videos, build in Adobe After Effects, which is quite new for me. Have used a finished template from envato elements. But when I render the short movies, they all come out white, no image just sound 😣 Someone wrote that it can be that the template can be 16bit and the images used 8bit, and that the issue should be resolved if changed to 8bit, but I checked and think everything is 8 bit alredy. Tried to change to 16bit just to try, but same outcome. Don't know what to do...

Well, like I said - I'm very new to this, and finding it hard, just doing my best and needed some help...

But You know what, I just solved it, on my own! By chance. I noticed that when rendering what I thought, in my newbie ignorance you might say, told me the video was 8bit apparently wasn't? I found the "bits" on another place so to speak, and there it said 16bits, Changed that to 8bit and changed the quality to a lower setting, and BAM - it worked! yay to me, I did it! *proud*

You need to be much more specific and provide system info, screenshots, a link to the template, render settings and so on. Your post is way too vague and generic to make any sense of it.
