I dont have skill with AE, i have used sometimes for little thing bu i cannot imagine how to do this

Do you think i might mangae to do it, may be with some templates, or some guide?

The example you provided could be as trivial as having a page turn effect on every layer representing a date. Otherwise look up "departure board", "flip board" or "rolodex" tutorials for more refined flipping techniques.
