Generating hundreds of crash files on my desktop & crashing on launch

Hi,

Suddenly I am unable to launch After effects (22.3) without it crashing instantly. The initial window will pop up and then it starts generating crash files which save to my desktop. It will keep doing this until I force quit through the task manager.

I've reinstalled multiple times, restarted, updated drivers, nothing I've tried has fixed the issue. Has anyone else had this??

Thanks!

Without any actual crash info we can't tell you much. If the issue is that severe, something serious is really borked.

ok, I left it for a while and this popped up, some third-party plug-ins which I thought I'd uninstalled (couldnt actually see any description of error though):

How did you deal with this issue?  I'm having the exact same problem today.  I also suspect its a third party plug in thing with RedGIant.  I used to have the suite installed, but now its been deactivated but I have no clue how to nuke it off the system
