GPU PROBLEM AFTER EFFECTS 2021

Sometimes when I open a project with multiple plugins, the screen crashes, becomes black, and then comes back normal. However, in the preview screen, everything is white. i never had this problem for 3 years but now it happens often.

i dont think is a problem of my pc cuz it has a 2060rtx , 16gb RAM,and i510th .
