Green frame when importing footage in After Effects

Hi, its normaly pay and the sheet present blink greens on footage recorded from screen capture xbox in windows wats happening here?

Sorry for your issue.

What's the exact version of After Effects you're using? Could you try the following steps:

  1. Go to After Effects Preferences > Import.
  2. Uncheck "Enable hardware accelerated decoding".
  3. Clear cache by navigating to Edit > Purge > All Memory and Disk Cache.
  4. Restart After Effects and import the footage.

I've seen such issues that are related to screen recording footage. If the suggestion above doesn't help, try transcoding the footage with a third-party app like HandBrake.
