HELP! Where's my Preview?

Ok so, i just added a new file into the project and my preview just dissapeared, what do i mean by that? That im on the main composition, but the preview doesnt show!

But when i do to another Compositions the preview works just fine?

Yeah my head hurts and this is a school project for today so i just want a but of help.

Hi Heyllin,

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Do you get this problem in multiple projects? Have you tried clearing media cache (Edit > Purge > All Memory & Disk Cache)? If that doesn't help, try running After Effects in Safe Mode.
