Hi a problem trying to navigate my project, usually works usually stays like this and have to restar

Having trouble trying to fix this can anyone help me out? i should have no problem having this in the cache and be able to navigate properly

lenovo legion 5 pro 16gb ram

lots of space available in all memory and also purged after effects

it seems to fix when i restart but quickly appears again so bothering i can not even navigate my work

please help

alright its fixed, its about the amount of ram you have available
closed everything else and left only after effects and worked flawlessly
