Hide (File Edit Composition Layer Effect Animation View Window Help)

Please Someone help me to hide those White Bars. This looks very weird when I use it to edit videos in After Effects. Sorry if my english is not Good

Not a Mac guy, but if I remember correctly you can set these options in the Apple menu in the top. Back in the day it was called "Hide-non system window menus" or something like that.

I was try it but it still doesn't hide the menu bar 😞
