How can a developer add a new option in after effects menues!

Hello, I use AEJuice pack manager.
And I noticed that there is an option that was added when I installed the manager on my computer.
You can see it in the photo!

So, I was wonder how can I acheive the same thing as a developer.

This can be done with AEGP plugins (using the C++ SDK)
