How do I do the "Open using Rosetta" on After Effects 23.6?

so i'm trying to launch my after effects in after effects 23.6, but everytime i do i get the message "To run AfterEffects in a compatible mode, chose "Get info" in the application context menu and enable "Open using rosetta". I do have rosetta installed but every time i open the get info there is no button to allow rosetta. and i do not know what to do because i'm trying to use my plugins. can someone please help

To enble "Open using Rosetta", Get Info on the Adobe After Effects application, not the application folder.
