How do I fix error (48::72)?

I use After Effects 2021 (Mac) and every time I open it these pop up. I've tried searching to no avail.

Sorry to hear about the issue.

What happens when you click on Ok? Does it allow After Effects to launch? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Is there a crash report?
