How i I change language in After Effects for the *Animation Presets

Hello community, I have this problem that I tried to change in every possible ways the language from Italian to English, the whole app is now in English and that's fine but over the Effects & Presets under *Animation and Presets the effects are still in Italian. How i I fix this and turn them in english?

That's probably a glitch in the installer. Simply delete the respective folders and reinstall again.

Got the same problem, animation presets are in german and all the rest in english.
