How to add effect into Premiere Pro Animations

New to AE and I created this Signature effect. I am trying to see if there is a way I can have it in Premiere where I can use the effect and also have it where I can change the perameters like font, font size or the size of the effect. Anyone know how to do this by chance?

Export it as a mogrt.
