how to change Ae default font?

is there a way to change the character default font from Helvetica to somthing else?

I mean when il' click "reset charachter" the font will be Arial black for example, or Heebo.

Nope. This goes as deep as your system's default fonts and how type engine sorts fonts and beyond a certain level cannot be controlled. You have to live with this limitation.
