I trying to change the background image of a game like a chess. and this works must not affect to the chess pieces. in other words, only the background should be changed

I've already tried Chromakey, but The result is not be clean ( I want results has any noise or blurred edge and don't affect the pices).

I think it can be possible if one of the below functions are.

1. Chromakey that each R, G, B is to be individually adjustable.

2. masked Chromakey which only affect nearby pixels like Magic Wand Tool in photoshop

3. Change the original background pixels to the different background pixels only if the pixel colors are same with previous frame's pixel color ( the pixels of moving objects will probably not be changed )

If you've any ideas, comment or email me sonmingi0123@gmail.com please..

Anything from masking to channel operations indeed. Since you haven't provided any screenshot or otehr relevant info, we can't tell you what would be best.
