How to create Stage/Sport Lights?

Hey! I was wondering if any of you have any ideas of how to do the stage lights circled in the image.

I've tried some stuff but can't do it properly.

If you have any ideas I'd appreciate it.

There can be (as usually) several ways to do that in AE but one of those can be using CC Radial Blur as I described in recent post with similar question: Club Lighting Effects

You can achieve this effect following the link imeilfx suggest you. Also you can use the CC Light Burst effect but if you really need volumetric lights the only way to do it it's using third party plugins. I've used those two in some projects with very good results: Trapcode Lux and Boris FX BCC Stage Lights.
