Hi. To fade in look up "Text Animators", when fully faded up decrease the scale slightly. For the  glint/glow moving across the letters us the CC Light Sweep effect. In the Effects panel Animation Presets*/Text/Animate In/Fade Up Words should give you a starting point to understanding how animators work.

Thank you!!

I started playing around with a text animator and a linear sweap in combo with a glow but will try these ones out. I also think there is a slight cushion at the start where all the words change over the y axis.
