Hi;
I want to work on a AE template project, but its size is too big for what I decided to work on, so how do I can decrease the entire project size to small size, for eg: from 1080*1920 to 1280*720
I mean, before get into the exporting settings. because all my movies that I want to use in it are small so I gotta decrease the compositions.
Is it possible?

You can scale up and/or scale down size (i mean resolution) of your projects/comps with built in Scale Comp script that Rick said (but there you have to scale precomps separatelly), or you can use f. eg. script like Recursive Scale Comp (https://aescripts.com/recursive-scale-comp/).
And I just use exactly Recursive Scale Comp script to do that for last several years and it works ok (of course if you work with scalling with keeping aspect ratio fixed).

There is a Scale Comp script under the File menu that will work just fine on a single comp.
If you have nested comps (pre-comps), you will have to run Scale Comp on every one of those or invest in the comp resizer at aescripts.com
