How to do a 3D set replacement of a sky?

Hi,

I have an orbiting shot of two musicians standing back to back. They are standing in front of a green screen which has a few trackers, but could have admittedly been better.

I want to comp out the green screen and replace the background with a 360 image of the sky, so that it rotates and reveals as the camera does. Here is a reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phFsHOf7gtA

How do I achieve this?Screenshot 2023-08-13 at 16.24.jpegScreenshot 2023-08-13 at 16.23.jpeg

Many thanks,

Will

Well, the first question would be whether this actually produces a usable 3D camera track. If it does, it's just a matter of finding a suitable alternate sky, creatively using the VR camera tools and of course doing all the keying and masking. If it doesn't, you're mostly screwed, anyway. Patching this together from individual 2D tracks or partial 3D tracks  is going to be a pain due to the less than ideal markers. Really not sure what more you would need to know beyond that.
