How to fix : after effects error file could not be opened for writing 3:0

After my last update After Effects started giving me this error:

after effects error file could not be opened for writing 3:0

I have no idea how ti fix this! 

 Does anyone have any suggestions?

• Can you confirm the version of After Effects that you're using? FAQ: How to find the exact version of After Effect... - Adobe Support Community - 9972137
• Are you on Windows or Mac?
• Are you able to open other projects?
• Do you launch After Effects first and then open the project file via the File menu or do you open the project file by double-clicking it in Finder/Windows Explorer?

. Yes, I am able to open any projects in After Effects.

. I launch After Effects and then open files via the file menu.

So if you have this issue in one file only, most probably it's damaged, check if you have any autosave version
