How to fix : after effects error file could not be opened for writing 3:0

After my last update After Effects started giving me this error:

after effects error file could not be opened for writing 3:0

I have no idea how ti fix this! 

 Does anyone have any suggestions?

. I am using After Effects version 22.0

. Yes, I am able to open any projects in After Effects.

. I launch After Effects and then open files via the file menu.

So if you have this issue in one file only, most probably it's damaged, check if you have any autosave version
