how to get this Trapcode electric orb sphere

Hi community.

 

How can I get this electric orb to look spherical on in solid? I have played around with the emitter settings. but the effect is from edge to edge of my canvas. I cant seem to find the settings which controls the shape, to get it spherical like the preset is showing.
