How to give Timecode plugin a custom start frame value?

Hi, how can I give the timecode  plugin a custom start frame value of ?

The Timecode effect takes its starting value from the source/layer, by default. You can change this to a custom setting by selecting the Custom Option in the Time Source Menu of the Timecode Effect. HTH
